Summary
The aim of the project is to (1) improve the policy-making and planning system (2) improve the overall organisation of public administration by improving accountability lines (3) upgrade capacities of PARCO and PAR structure for a better steering of the Action Plan implementation, monitoring, strategic guiding of PAR process in line with the requirements of the accession process; and (4) increase the knowledge of the EU integration process and role of public administration reform in it among the population in Bosnia and Herzegovina.
