Summary
Purpose of this project is support to NIPAC and its partner institutions, primarily the respective line/sector coordinating institutions and Sector Working Groups, in programming actions under both IPA programming years - IPA 2019 and IPA 2020 programmes.
Results
Implementation of this project resulted in: - IPA II planning and programming documents - Action Documents (ADs) for IPA 2019-2020 programmes drafted and submitted by NIPAC to the Euroepan Commission, by provision of technical advice on the preparation of ADs - Increased capacities of NIPAC and its partner institutions through various consultations and capacity building trainins/workshops for the implementation of IPA 2019 and IPA 2020 programming process will lead to increased quality of future IPA programming processes and increased quality of ADs .
