Sažetak
The specific objective for the contractor is to implement the process of analysis of the situation in the centres for social works accross the country in order to obtain clear indicators of the actual status and the needs for human resources, infrastructure and IT strenhgtening

The final output of the project is detailed analysis of problmes and recommendations on how to support the strenghtening of the human resources capacities and improve the technical (infrastructure and IT) capacities
