Summary
This project is part of activities foreseen under IPA 2014 Special Measure for flood recovery and flood risk management. It addresses priorities under the BiH Action Plan for Floods Protection and River Management, adopted in 2015. A set of planned activities will serve to considerably upgrade the meteorological and hydrological observational network and strengthen measurement equipment capacities in BiH, specifically addressing Bosna River Basin and sub-bas ins of Ukrina, Tinja and Brka (all Sava River tributaries). The assistance planned includes supply of equipment including adequate software and hardware needed to improve capacities of the services involved. This particular contract, will provide water measurement data management software for FBiH Hydrometeorological Institute to ensure compatibility between the systems in place in BiH.
Results
Implementation of this project will result in: - Delivery of water measurement data managemnet software and related trainings for the FBiH Hydro-meteorologiocal Institute.
