The Facility is designed to provide a flexible support to institutions in BiH at various levels in order to address specific and unforeseen needs identified in the course of the European integration process. To achieve this, a variety of technical assistance and other types of support to the said BiH institutions will be provided in order to make them more capable to respond to challenges and requirements of the EU integration processes to better prepare and implement IPA programmes/projects.

BiH authorities provide effective and timely response to emerged EU integration priorities, including more efficient programming and implementation of IPA assistance A number of studies, assessments, tender documents (i.e. terms of referecnes, technical sepcifications, bills of quantities) successfully prepated for IPA assistance implementation
