SUMMARY
The objective of public administration reform (PAR) throughout BiH is to contribute to building an efficient and transparent public administration, oriented to service. The process is guided by a state-wide PAR strategy dating from 2006 and still under implementation, and coordinated by an office within the Council of Ministers - the PARCO - in close cooperation with PAR Coordinators in entities and in the District of Brcko and a structure of supervisory teams divided into functional chapters.
RESULTS
Support is provided to the lead institution of the PAR process, the Office of the PAR Coordinator in BiH and its entity and Brcko District counterparts in the implementation, monitoring and reporting on the PAR Strategy and Action Plan, the revision of the Action Plan in 2012 and the design of a new generation of reform documents after 2014, as well as the management of the multi-donor PAR Fund.
