Results

Established local multi-sectoral task forces in the field of youth employment; Needs assessment for schools in the targeted municipalities; Analysis of conducted needs assessment and selection of students; Preformed training and counselling for career development by means of 40 trainings in total for 6 municipalities.

SUMMARY

The project aimed at improvement of the socio-economic situation in the cross border region of Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina. The specific objective was to support youth employment of cross border area of Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina. It contributed to the reduction of the number of unemployed young people by promoting active job searching approach and self-employment and building up the capacity of young people by preparing them for the labour market.
