Overall Objective is to contribute to improvement of the social protection system at all levels of governance and to address the specific needs of vulnerable groups in Bosnia and Herzegovina. -To ensure implementation of Roma Action Plan and to provide social housing for Roma. -To enhance monitoring, reporting and promotion of human rights and to improve social protection of the vulnerable and socially disadvantaged groups. -To enable access to social services for vulnerable and socially disadvantaged groups.

- Roma housing units and infrastructure constructed and repaired: minimum 150 housing units constructed or reconstructed, at least 100 Roma families benefiting from construction or repair of infrastructure. - Strenghtening of technical capacities of MHRR and the social service providers.
