SUMMARY
Negotiating chapter No 5, public procurement is a set of rules and principles guiding the process through which public funds are spent for the provision of goods and services from the market, aimed at both enhancing competition in the market while also strenghtening the capacity of administration to properly administer the process.
RESULTS
EU Support to Public Procurement will support the procurement authorities in the country in the implementation of the 2014 Law on Public Procurement of BiH, developing implementing regulations and improving local capacities through training of up to 1500 individuals from the public, private, NGO sector, media and judicial professionals
