Summary
G.S.R.’s (Government Social Responsibility actions and the Methodological tool called the Government Social Responsibility Model Management System-GSR Model) overall objective was to create conditions for developing “Sustainable Governmental Services” in ZDC, capable to drive and coordinate Sustainable Socio-Economic Growth. The approach concerned the systematic incorporation of “Social Responsibility” and “Excellence” concepts in BSC, and their development to “Qualitative and Conscious Administrators” of the elements comprising the entire Socio-economic System.

Project GSR Model; Report: Target Region’s Analysis - Barriers and Perspectives against developing socially Responsible – Totally Qualitative Public Agencies; Document on proposals to remove administrative barriers in procedure of issuing of working permission in BiH; Identification – Evaluation of Actors of Promotion of Socio-economic Activity and Development; Guide: Proposed Strategies, Mechanisms and Practices for Governmental Social Responsibility, Quality and Continuous Improvement; Professional Curricula for Social Responsibility and quality of related critical jobs in Governmental Agencies (tasks, required skills, etc.); Methodological Tool – Social Dialogue-Consultation Framework for Promoting Quality and Social Responsibility in Regional/Local Government; GSR–Net’s Communication and Information System.
