Summary
• To provide clear and accessible information to BiH citizens and to specific target groups on the EU, its policies and assistance programmes; • To assist, support and advise the EU Office in BiH to conduct efficient communication and outreach activities, also using culture as a vector.
Results
The expected outputs of this contract are as follows: • Higher level of visibility and increased understanding throughout BiH of the EU and its policies and programs; • Increased cultural exchanges between BiH and the EU, and a closer cooperation established with EU Member States/EU National Institutes for Culture (EUNIC); • Efficient management of the EUIC in Sarajevo and EUIPs in Banja Luka, Brcko District and Mostar providing easy access to EU information to citizens; • The EUIPs empowered to reach out in a structured and coordinated manner into their respective areas of responsibility focusing on cities other than those where EUIPs are located and on smaller and more remote municipalities; • Establishment of the Europe House, to replace the EUIC located in the EU Delegation premises, as a potential youth hub and multi-functional venue with modern and welcoming facilities that offer educational, artistic and cultural content, innovative and creative programmes.
