Summary
The project is aimed to create a more effective labour market in BiH. Its purpose is to strengthen the capacity of the labour market institutions by improving labour market research methodology. (project website: https://trzisterada.ba/).
Results
Implementation of this project will result in: - Systems for monitoring and evaluation of labour market needs operational; - Assessment of the existing active labour market measures effectiveness with a comparative view conducted; - Trained staff of labour market institutions to implement more effectively active labour market measures focused on cooperation with employers and service delivery; - Improved information exchange about supply and demand of labour force in line with international standards. - Provided support in development of the strategic framework
