Summary
This project will improve civil protection capacities for emergency prevention, their preparedness and response to natural and man-made disasters, by observing and using best European practices and fulfillment of preconditions for BiH to become UCPM participating country.
Results
Implementation of this project will result in: - BiH competent institutions developed capacities needed for becoming a participating country of UCPM - Civil protection authorities and intervention and rescue teams capable to effectively respond in the event of major disaster in BiH; - DRR approach established in the entire civil protection sector in BiH through integrated risk assessment and preparedness planning.
